AI Packaging Tool: When you use the packaging recommendation tool, the details you enter — product category, price point, shipping volume, and any optional context — are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a recommendation. We do not store this input on our end. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle API data.

Portfolio Submissions: If you submit your brand's packaging via the "Share Your Packaging" form, we collect the information you provide — brand name, contact details, and any photo links or descriptions. This is submitted through Netlify Forms and stored in our Netlify account. We use this information solely to review and potentially feature your packaging on the site.

Analytics: We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Netlify Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, and device type. This data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not track individuals across other websites.

Cookies: We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Analytics tools may set limited first-party cookies to distinguish unique visits.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to operate and improve the site, respond to portfolio submissions, and understand how the site is being used. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and serves the site. The AI tool uses the Anthropic API to generate recommendations. Both services have their own privacy policies that govern their handling of data. We encourage you to review them if you have specific concerns.

Data Retention

Portfolio form submissions are retained in Netlify Forms until we manually delete them. AI tool inputs are not stored by us. Analytics data is retained per the settings of the analytics provider used.

Your Rights

If you'd like to request deletion of any information you've submitted — such as a portfolio submission — please contact us and we'll take care of it promptly.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
